EDUCATION
We have succesfully completed new build and refurbishment projects including Primary and Secondary Schools, Specialist Schools, Children's Centres, Technical Colleges and Universities. We ensure compliance with the requirements of the DfES Building Bulletins when designing for the Education Sector.
HEALTHCARE
Our engineers have completed projects including new build and refurbishment in both the NHS and Private Healthcare sectors. These include Hospital Ward Refurbishment Projects, Acute Mental Health Departments, Residential Nursing and Care Homes, Primary Care Trust Establishments, Health Centres and Surgeries, Laboratory and Support Facilities. We ensure our designs comply with the latest NHS HTM's, HBN's and MES's.
COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL
Projects completed in the Commercial Sector include new build and refurbishment of air-conditioned and non air-conditioned office blocks for both the private and rental markets. Industrial projects include new build Food Grade Incubator Units and extensive experience in Pharmaceutical and Clean Room installations.
PRISONS
We have undertaken projects for the Prison Service and Home Office, with the installation of equipment and services within secure and sensitive areas, incorporating the use of anti-ligature fittings and fixtures where necessary.
PUBLIC SECTOR
We have completed projects for various Councils including Boiler House Refurbishments, Listed Buildings including Libraries and Public Buildings. We have also been involved in projects for Public Housing including district heating systems, both in relation to their design and improvement in energy efficiency.
RESIDENTIAL Residential projects include new build and refurbishment of residential apartment blocks, social housing and district heating systems.
